SV	En hij ving Agag, den koning der Amalekieten, levend; maar al het volk verbande hij door de scherpte des zwaards.
WLC	וַיִּתְפֹּ֛שׂ אֶת־אֲגַ֥ג מֶֽלֶךְ־עֲמָלֵ֖ק חָ֑י וְאֶת־כָּל־הָעָ֖ם הֶחֱרִ֥ים לְפִי־חָֽרֶב׃
Trans.	wayyiṯəpōś ’eṯ-’ăḡaḡ meleḵə-‘ămālēq ḥāy wə’eṯ-kāl-hā‘ām heḥĕrîm ləfî-ḥāreḇ:

AC	ח ויתפש את אגג מלך עמלק חי ואת כל העם החרים לפי חרב
ASV	And he took Agag the king of the Amalekites alive, and utterly destroyed all the people with the edge of the sword.
BE	He took Agag, king of the Amalekites, prisoner, and put all the people to the sword without mercy.
